Commonly known as Joe Pye weed
Tall stems hold the white flowers above the green foliage. Blooms from mid-summer to end of September. Attractive even as the flowers fade through to brown in the autumn.
Height 1.4m. Spread 90 cm.
Grow in sun or partial shade with some moisture at the roots.
Attractive to bees and butterflies.
Cut back to the ground early spring.
Supplied as a garden ready plant in a 9x9x10 cm pot.
